The location is perfect and magnificent, really close to the local pubs in the village, and the original Manor House, you cannot beat it. Also, it is 15 minutes drive from an Anglican parish church. Very attentive staff here upon this request. The breakfast is above average by the "hot" food being Luke warm, has nice food.

Beautiful and delightful accommodation with stunning setting very close to Burton center, the restaurant in the evening and church and wedding. Huge, functional room provided with many glasses, Gothic style decorations, as example. Warm breakfast — a huge variety of meals. Wonderful experience there.

    Not very friendly staff!

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met needs, couldn't recommend more it. The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were competent and efficient. Wonderful location, East Midlands airport was 25 km away. The room I booked was beautifully maintained with a modern system, wine, for instance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always acknowledging me as I passed by. The lounge/bar area was really comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The grounds were absolutely beautiful to explore, especially on a warm evening. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast and the wedding menu. The chef here is truly talented.
